Diversity Awareness Training:

The traditional 20th century Diversity Awareness was from the government, legal approach. In the 21st century Diversity will evolve into a business case for diversity. This will mean a new mindset for companies to adopt. The Horizons Group, LLC offers two courses for diversity awareness in the 21st century. Course One is designed for management and supervisory personnel and includes the “Top Ten Diversity Factors” and Course Two is designed for the employee/associate.
