DEPUTY HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR

Annual Salary Range: $65,624 - $105,914

Howard County Government is seeking an innovative and dynamic Deputy Human Resources Administrator. Reporting to the Human Resource Administrator, you will manage day to day operations of several human resource functional areas such as employment, organizational development, employee relations and human resources technology. Masters degree preferred; bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience required. At least 3 years of supervisory experience required. Professional HR certification through SHRM or IPMA preferred.
